I love the after holiday sales. Maybe they are even one of the best things about the holidays huh? We stocked up on candy at 50% off and got a few toys for the kids at 75% off ~ Easter is over but the candy is still good and the kids still enjoy the toys!

That is the only place that I get my clothes from once in a while I may get some thing at Wal-Mart that is on sale for a super low price but other then that all from thrift stores and junk stores. Me and my folks were always big junk store goers and now I am even bigger into them because now I can get my own things and yard sales are killer places to get things of all sorts.

WOW you are so right there when you said It can also bring a lot of expenses. In this time with the money you have to do every thing you can just to get by and then the babies stuff are so high. I got clothes for both of my little ones and shoes and I buy clothes and socks and shoes at junk stores. when they are little there is no need to spend a boat load of money on them for clothes when they are just going to grow out of it in a few days.
I have been planning making my own baby food for my 6 month daughter as well.

Shopping at thrift stores and consignment shops is an killer way to save some money. If you shop carefully you can usually always find great name brands and often times the clothes are as good as brand new
